After reading a recent news item about Apple iPhone ad been banned by the Advertising Standards Authority in UK I wondered if this happened in India around 90% of the ads would have to be banned just for the same reason of “misleading consumers”.
I even wonder if India even has such an authority in place. I am sure it will surely be existing but wondering what its function would be except sleeping.

A List Apart have once again come up with the survey for people in the web world and is aimed at designers, developers, information architects, project managers, writers, editors, marketers, and everyone else who makes websites. The survey has 44 questions spread across 18 pages aiming at finding the working conditions of people who make websites.
I completed mine and would encourage everyone to take the survey. The world is watching.
